Joshua Brown is a six-foot three-inch shooting guard from Park Center who can seriously shoot the ball from deep. This season Brown has hit for more than 20 points four time and is averaging 13.9 points per game on a deep Pirates squad.

Brown has gained interest from a few D1 schools while having been offered by a couple D2 schools. In July Minnesota Duluth offered the Park Center shooter and this past fall he visited South Dakota State. Also in the Fall Princeton, Cornell, and North Dakota State recently visited.

Park Center is looking to return to State after beating East Ridge for third place last year. For 2019-20 after beating Champlin Park in a rivalry game, the Pirates are 11-4 and with Brown, Baylor commit Dain Dainja, and lead point guard Detavius Frierson leading the way, they're on their way.
