As basketball goes the game is about putting the ball in the basket and there are a number of up and coming sharpshooters in the 2022 class in Wisconsin that do this from beyond the arc at a high level.  Here’s a quick look at four of them to watch in the coming months…

Note - Listed in alphabetical order

Ashton Janowski – 6’1 – G - Pewaukee (WI)
A talented guard who can play on or off the ball, Janowski excells off the ball and he has an excellent stroke that can rip the nets from beyond the arc while also creating as well.  A tough instinctive guard, he is an excellent perimeter threat with an ability to score from beyond the arc or off the bounce at the mid-range level whenever the opportunity is there.

Greyson Pritzl – 6’4 – SG – West Allis Central (WI)
More of a scoring wing rather than just a pure catch and shoot guy, Pritzl can fill it up and he continues to do it from all levels.  He’s solid spotting up and he can also finish off the bounce with consistency.  He’s one of the talented 2022 guards to watch closely as things move forward.

Andrew Rohde – 6’6 – SG - Brookfield Central (WI)
A two sport standout early in his career, Rohde started to really stretch his legs this past summer and those performances earned him a DePaul offer with looks from a number of other Division 1 schools as well.  Equipped with size, length, etc. Rohde is a classic 2 guard that can put it on the floor and make it rain from well beyond the arc.

Max Weisbrod – 6’3 – SG – DeForest (WI)
Really like what I saw from him this summer and fall and he’s just getting started.  He has an excellent quick release and it’s virtually automatic when locked in.  One of the top pure shooters in the state, Weisbrod is primed for a big 8-12 months on the hardwood.
