Several more intriguing players that came to play over the weekend and greatly impressed with their play.
Logan Carson - 2021 - C - UTS Elite
A post with great size at 6’10” plus a strong build. He moves well for his size and works hard running the floor. He is very tough to stop once he gets the ball on the block with his size and strength and was able to get to the line so often. As well to scoring inside he has a good jumper shooting it from the mid-range.
Cameron Langevin - 2022 - C - Cream City Chosen Southeast
A 6’8” post that has some length and plays with a big motor. He scored the ball well in the post, especially on put backs as he just battles for boards and then can strongly finish inside through contact. He also stepped outside to knock down a three. Langevin is an agile big that moves well and runs the floor hard. The junior has very good upside and is one to track over the next few months.
Cameron Liggins - 2022 - G - Yanders Law
The 6’4” guard shot the ball extremely well at the tournament. He has a smooth jumper with deep range and is able to quickly get it off. On the defensive side of the ball, he plays with a good motor and gets all over ball handlers with his quickness.
Brady Ruggles - 2022 - G - Mercury Elite
Once again, Brady Ruggles just doing what Brady Ruggles does, burry threes at a very high percentage. An incredibly gifted shooter that rarely misses when he gets a good look at the basket and proved he was one of the best shooters at the tournament. He did the bulk of his damage spotting up from three, but also shoots it well off the dribble in the mid-range.
Chris Suger - 2022 - F - M14 Hoops
A lengthy forward with a high ceiling. For his 6’7” size he showed off a good array of skills. He handles the ball well and is agile to get to the basket in addition to being able to hit some shots off the dribble.
Hakim Williams - 2021 - G - Mercury Elite
The unsigned senior is one of those guys that can just do anything to win games. He’s a guard with a very strong build to guard nearly anyone on the floor well. One of the top rebounding guards at the tournament battling hard for every board. Does well attacking to distribute and is a very tough scorer in the paint. A good glue guy that is going to be helping a college team next season win some games.
Danny Wolf - 2022 - PF - Mac Irvin Fire
A strong 6’10” big man with a good build. Even with his great size, he still moves well and has great skills. He can handle the ball, is a good passer, as well to being very good shooter spotting up from three. Wolf is a smart big that knows how to play and has unlimited upside.
