6’4 Nick Janowski – Pewaukee
Nick Janowski is a fearless scorer who can light it up in a hurry. The 6’4 sophomore has shown the ability to create his own shot off the dribble consistently and made a name for himself nationally at Peach Jam last July with Phenom University. Janowski plays with a swagger and a competitive edge that you love to see from a young player. Janowski is averaging 17.4 points and is shooting 43% from three on over 7 attempts per game this season for Pewaukee HS and holds early offers from Georgia Tech, Iowa state, Marquette and USC.

6’3 Tayshawn Bridges – Milwaukee Academy of Science
Tayshawn Bridges is an explosive lead guard and one of the most electric 2024 prospects nationally with the ball in his hands. He uses his strength and athleticism to finish at the rim and has shown big time potential as an on-ball defender when locked in. Bridges may be known for his leaping ability and mixtape handle but has made progress as a jump shooter and improved his reads this winter for Milwaukee Academy of Science. Bridges is averaging 19/4/4 for the year and has as much upside as any Sophomore in the Midwest.

5’10 Dupree Fletcher Jr – Carmen Northwest
Dupree Fletcher Jr has had a breakout Sophomore season for Milwaukee Carmen this winter after missing his freshman year due to covid cancelations. Fletcher has in the gym range, a lighting quick first step and an abundance of confidence as a scorer. The young lead guard has filled up the stat sheet averaging 22 points 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Able to create his own offense as well as opportunities for teammates off the dribble, look for Fletcher to see his stock continue to rise on the grassroots circuit this Spring.

5’10 Jaquan Johnson – Pius XI Catholic
Jaquan Johnson is built like a football player but plays with the ball on a string. Johnson makes up for his lack of height with his combination of strength and quickness and has been impossible to keep out of the paint this winter. Once he gets downhill, he has can finish with either hand around the basket with touch and finds open teammates when help comes. Johnson is averaging 22 points and 4 assists as a sophomore for Pius XI and is one of the top guards in Wisconsin.

6’3 Quinton Lomack – Madison La Follette
Quinton Lomack is a big bodied lead guard at 6’3 with lateral quickness, handle, and feel for the game that makes his potential very intriguing. Lomack hasn’t quite had the offensive production as the other prospects in this article – some of which can be attributed to missing his freshman year due to covid - but is the best defender of the group. He has often been tasked with guarding opposing team’s top perimeter players, has no problem banging with bigs for rebounds, and can switch 1-5 at the HS level. Lomack is averaging 12.2 ppg this winter for Madison La Follette and has become much more consistent as a shooter over the course of the season.
